I am honored to be able to host Dane Sanders‘ Fast Track Roadshow Workshop this January 19-20 in Phoenix! Dane is an inspirational photographer, writer, and mentor to many. His book, Fast Track Photographer is essential in my opinion to starting and running a successful photography business.

If you are struggling to find your way, or just struggling through these tough times, this workshop will be invaluable to you in helping you push yourself and your business above and beyond. I recently shot some new photos for the Tie Chair Website.  My super talented friend Misty invented this product, and has patented, trademarked it, and is now selling it all across the U.S., as well as in several other countries!  She just came out with some new limited edition prints and also an organic fabric.  I am not even kidding when I say that I sold my old highchair for more than on of these costs, and I use it now exclusively.  Brooklyn loves it, and loves sitting at the table with us instead of off to the side in a highchair.  We also take it on trips and out to restaurants with us-it fits on every chair I’ve ever tried it on, and secures them really well, with no annoying buckles or plastic parts!  If you haven’t checked out this product, do it now, and I’m sure it’s available in your area!

I couldn’t help but post a few up from my session today with this little cutie who just turned one yesterday!

I used this banner for my baby’s birthday, and brought it along for the shoot-I love this shot!

I forgot to post this up yesterday, but I am am so excited to have celebrated my 9th wedding anniversary yesterday!  Dan and I were married March 11, 2000 in the Mesa Arizona Temple, and I can’t believe how time has flown!  Here is a quick photo of us leaving our reception way back when-we look so young!

This is from Lilyana’s 1st Birthday Party a few days ago. What an inspiration this little girl is! She has beaten the odds, and to me, this photo just says, “I’m tough enough to get through it all!” Check out those baby muscles!

I had the pleasure of spending my Valentine’s Day with Chad and Stefani, and I have to tell you that it was pretty much the perfect wedding in every way.  Gorgeous, fun couple?  Check.  Gorgeous location?  Check.  Small, intimate group of guests?  Check.  Fabulous weather?  Check!  I am telling you all of these facts about the day to justify the image-heavy post I’m about to make 

Stefani=absolutely STUNNING.

Stefani’s step-dad also officiated the wedding, which was so special.

Chad cracked me up pretty much the entire day…including drinking from a flask while his new bride signed the marriage license!

There was a lot of emotion during the toasts…every single member of this group was so wonderful, and you could feel the love in the room.
