Amid record breaking heat today, I shot Kira’s senior photos. She has crazy awesome style and model looks and she’s a dancer. Really, what more could I ask for? (Disclaimer: I might be making up the record breaking heat thing, but it was like 117 degrees and we had to load up on water mid-shoot!)

This is the little bit of wind that I LOVE in photos! Oh, and I love this make-shift dance outfit she came up with, which includes her tutu from when she was 9 years old. Loving the color!

This is my famous “laying flat on the ground” shooting style. FYI-you probably could really cook an egg on the sidewalks of Phoenix.

We dubbed her the urban Snow White because of this crazy cottage!

I have to make a comment about fashion today.  I love it.  The big belts, the flowy dresses, the layers, the fun hair accessories.  So whimsical and colorful and great!  If that is your style (or not matter what style you have), incorporate it into your session!  Whether for your wedding or any other day, bring something special out in yourself!  (By the way, these girls aren’t models, they just play them in these photos)

…the awesome seniors in the last 3 posts were all friends, and we shot their sessions simultaneously (which was 3x the fun and they were probably way more relaxed!)

Here are some shots I grabbed of them together (oh, AND did you really think I would leave you hanging on that third guitar, Benj-check the middle of the post!) 

So Katie and Nina are best friends, and also helped make each other laugh 

They apparently have millions of jumping photos, so we had to add to the collection:

So, we shot for quite a while and they all ended up with really fun shots that showed their personalities!  Thanks, you guys!  And upcoming seniors, think about sharing your session with a friend!

Katie was an awesome senior as well-she brought 2 guitars to her session, and pulled off the rocker look as well as she did the pretty look!

Devin is awesome because he came to our shoot with not one guitar, but THREE guitars, which were each matched to an outfit he had.  Plus, the entire session was like a mini jam session, and I love having a soundtrack to shoot to!

Devin, you’re awesome, and I’m sure you’ll go far with your music from the small sample that I heard!

Nina was like the perfect senior to work with…fun, sweet, cute, interesting, with totally awesome talents!  I loved all of her fun colors, her amazing eyes, and she is definitely the cutest auto tech I’ve ever met!

All of her bright colored shirts really made her eyes pop!

Today I had the pleasure of photographing three totally rad seniors back to back to back.  All friends, and all seriously some of the nicest kids you’ll ever meet.  They all had awesome talents and great style-seriously…what more could you ask for in a senior???  Here are some that jumped out at me right away…

This aspiring rock star is Annalynn, a cute girl that I had the pleasure of photographing last week!  She absolutely loves music, and her little puppy, Rudy!

If she doesn’t make it as a rock star, I’m sure she could seek a career as a model-I love her amazing smile!!!

“A” is for “Arrow” and “Annalynn,” oh…and “AWESOME!”

This photo shoot was celebrating her birthday, so how fitting that we found a present!

I love wind!  So many people hate when it’s windy, but I love the movement!
