I wanted to get a sneak preview up, so here goes! First up, some details, including the best wedding shoes!

Yes, those are metal flowers made by the groom. They were amazing.

The bride looking stunning:

Sunflare through the window=double awesome

The groom looking badass:

Might just be the coolest groom ever. Sorry, other grooms, but that is a working gun in his belt.

Two of my favorite shots of the couple:

Uncle Charlie, we love you and this photobooth shot (no pun intended).

See a Penny, Pick it Up
The Myers are the neighbors I miss having down the street from me the most!!!

I can hardly stand Avery’s cuteness!

SQUIIIIIISH!

Parker has the best hair EVER.

Ryder was on the move unless bribed with food. Bribes worked very well. I am pretty sure he is staring at a bag of fruit snacks in this photo.

I would enlarge this one (hint hint).

Kristin is one of my favorite friends, can you tell why?

The kids got pennies to make a wish in the fountain.

“Hold Ryder there and don’t let him move” Literally.

Such a fun session!!! Thank you guys!
Put a Little Love in Your Heart (Winners)
Thank you to everyone who entered! I have notified the winner of the free session-a very deserving family. I would encourage other photographers, if possible, to take the time to help a family in need. There are so many more this season than there have been in seasons past, and we have the opportunity to really bless those families with something special.
I’ll leave you with a quick picture of one of my favorite families and neighbors (not the winners of the session):

On a Steel Horse I Ride
Warning: I had a really hard time choosing, so although these are just from yesterday, I cannot call it a sneak peek. Feel free to make up your own name for my “peeks” and post it in the comments. I need help.
This is Justin + Josi. They are awesome. They make awesome art. The have awesome dogs. They have awesome clothes. The end.

They make these amazing metal paintings (for lack of a better word), which are hung all over their home.

This was my first time ever photographing a Murder by Death shirt for an engagement session, but it worked ![]()

I love this one:

This is still their backyard-so many cool areas to shoot!

Then, we headed to the Boojum Tree for a few more shots. They are getting married there next Saturday, and I can’t wait!

Oh yeah, Justin’s beard is awesome, too.

Maybe this is a Boojum Tree?

Justin used to be a male model, which is probably why you recognize him.

Thanks, guys, and I’m excited to shoot your wedding next weekend!
Put a Little Love in Your Heart
Not just a song I love, but also an opportunity to give to someone in need. If you know someone who has had a particularly rough year this year that you would like to gift Christmas pictures to, post a comment up with YOUR OWN email address, and also EMAIL ME to let me know the name and email of those whom you would like to gift a session this year. Please let them know that you are entering them. I will draw a name at random on November 10th (noon) and contact both the winner and the person who nominated them. The random winner will get a free session and a disk of their images ($300 value). Together, we’ll help a family in need, and the world will be a better place.
And I’ll leave you with a quick picture that makes me smile:

A quick photo from my State Fair Sessions. You might remember Miss Maggie (in the middle) from last year. I am happy to report that she is doing much better, and was full of smiles, which makes me smile BIG smiles!
*Winner must live in the Phoenix area, or be visiting here before the end of the year!!!
